The renowned U.S. Travel magazine Global Traveler has revealed the results for its "14th Global Traveler Tested Reader Survey Awards." China Airlines was named "Best Airline in North Asia" along with the "Quint Status Award" for its fifth win running. China Airlines also received the "Best Business-Class Seat Design" award for the third consecutive years. The popularity of China Airlines with international business travelers has once again showcased a brand from Taiwan on the international stage.
China Airlines is progressively introducing ten 777 and fourteen A350 new aircraft. The support of professional maintenance teams along with attentive service by air and ground crews provide travelers with the best choice for traveling the world or on business. China Airlines is continuing to optimize its global network. The introduction of the Taipei-London route in December, increasing the Taipei-Sydney route to two flights a day, increasing the Taipei-Brisbane-Auckland route to one flight a day, and the launch of none-stop flights between Taipei and Ontario in California, USA, in the spring of 2018 are all part of the push to build a larger and more comprehensive network.
Global Traveler's annual reader survey is now in its 14th year. The survey selects the top representatives in 80 travel-related industry categories. Most Global Traveler readers are entrepreneurs , executives who on average fly regional routes more than 13 times and international routes more 11 times a year. Francis X.
