- Special meal or special service like wheelchair is not offered at eCheck-In process. Please request so when you make reservation before eCheck-In process or you can ask for assistance at the airport check-in counter if you have completed eCheck-In procedures.
- eCheck-In is available (currently) for CI international flights from 24 hours up to 3 hours prior to the flight departure time.
- eCheck-In is available to all China Airlines passengers with confirmed booking.
- eCheck-In passengers must pick up boarding pass or check in baggage (if any) at least around one to two hours prior to the flight departure time (Please refer to the notice of eCheck-In Confirm List) at the airport (you may contact eCheck-In counter directly at counter 7A of Terminal 1 , counter 3B of Terminal 2 [ flights to USA , Canada , Australia , Japan ] at TPE Airport or counter B at KHH Airport) to comply with the immigration's inspection and security check procedures.
- According to USA, Canada, Korea, Japan government regulation, when passengers are exiting or entering those countries must fill in their passport data. In addition, when a non-US-permanent-resident is entering USA, she/he must fill in her/his stay address in USA.
