A. No, special meal or special service like wheelchair is not offered at eCheck-In process. Please request so when you make reservation before eCheck-In process or you can ask for assistance at the airport check-in counter if you have completed eCheck-In procedures.

Q. Why system can't find my booking record when I login by Dynasty Flyer card number?
A. You will also have to make reservation under your card number in advance.

Q. Is eCheck-In available for all CHINA AIRLINES flights?
A. Currently eCheck-In is available for all CI internation flights at 24 hours up to 3 hours prior to the flight departure time.

Q. Can I do eCheck-In for travelling companions as well?
A. Yes, eCheck-In is available for passengers travelling together in the same booking record.

Q. Can I proceed to the boarding gate directly after completing eCheck-In procedures?
A. No, You must present yourself at airport check-in counter to pick up the boarding pass, check in your luggages (if any), hand over your ticket (if it is not E-Ticket) and travel documents( Passport, Visa...etc. ) for verification.

Q. Can I cancel after eCheck-In is completed
A. Yes, you may cancel those passengers who were processed eCheck-In by yourself.

Q. Can I eCheck-In onward connecting flights?
A. Yes, You may process eCheck-In on your onward connecting flights. As they are controled by other carriers, it may not be successful all the time. Please ask for assistance at airport check-in counter when it fails at eCheck-In.

A. The eCheck-In process is allowed up to 9 persons in the same booking record. Under this condition, you may choose as many as you like for eCheck-In.

A. Yes, You may select or change your seat only after you have already completed eCheck-In procedures.

Q. Who is eligible for use of eCheck-In?
A. eCheck-In is available for all China Airlines passengers with confirmed booking. You can enter the system either by Dynasty Flyer card number or booking data.
