This system provides you the following: making an online booking yourself, inquiring about and canceling your booking, and entering your ticket number for on-line booking. No other changes on the booking can be made online. If you wish to change the itinerary or make cancellation, the service charges may be collected. Please contact the nearest China Airlines office for assistance.

Because this system only issues electronic ticket and keep it in our database for your check-in so, If you purchase ticket by this system, you will receive a receipt e-mail only and no ticket will be mailed to you or be picked by you from our office.
