Terms and Conditions

  • China Airlines reserves the right to terminate, postpone, or cancel the shuttle service at any time without cause. Passengers may not request a refund or compensation for the fare after using the shuttle service. Additionally, all personal belongings are the responsibility of the passenger. China Airlines is not liable for any claims regarding lost, forgotten, or damaged luggage.
  • To request the shuttle service, please make a reservation through the China Airlines website or contact China Airlines customer service. Reservations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure of flight CI011/012 (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays). China Airlines does not accept shuttle service reservations or cancellations made within 48 hours of the departure time of flight CI011/012.
  • Passengers must provide a local U.S. contact number to be notified in case of any changes. Failure to do so will be at the passenger's own risk.
  • Baggage Policy: Passengers are allowed to check in two pieces of baggage and one carry-on bag. Infants are allowed one checked bag and one carry-on bag. For detailed information regarding baggage weight, size limits, and carry-on baggage rules, please refer to the Baggage Rules in China Airlines website. Additional checked baggage (for Paragon, Emerald, and Gold members, passengers with pre-purchased extra baggage, sporting equipment, car seats, or strollers) must be requested at the time of booking to reserve adequate space; otherwise, the limit will be two pieces of luggage.
  • Safety Regulations: This shuttle service does not accept the following passengers: unaccompanied children (ages 2–12), passengers requiring oxygen or stretcher services, and passengers traveling with animals. However, passengers with service dogs (trained to assist individuals with disabilities), passengers who require wheelchair assistance to board and disembark, and unaccompanied young passengers aged 12–18 may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis. Passengers with such needs must contact China Airlines in advance for confirmation.
  • Child Safety Seats: Infants and children must bring their own safety seats (Car Seat/Booster Seat). For safety reasons, the bus operator may refuse boarding to infants or children without an appropriate safety seat.
  • Timetable and Recommendations: The timetable is for reference only, and actual arrival times may vary depending on road conditions. To ensure timely departure, it is recommended to arrive at the pickup location at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time.
  • Tipping Recommendation: It is customary to tip the driver based on the level of service provided.
  • Ticket Changes or Upgrades: If you change your flight date or confirm a seat on a waitlist (including upgrades), the original shuttle reservation will be automatically canceled by the system. Please contact China Airlines customer service to reconfirm your shuttle service.
  • Meeting Point: The meeting point for China Airlines CI012 arriving shuttle bus passengers is located on the left side of the T4 first-floor Arrivals Hall, next to the 24/7 Central Diner. (see the map)
