Terms and Conditions

  • China Airlines reserves the right to terminate/postpone/cancel this complimentary shuttle service without cause. In addition, China Airlines shall not be liable for any claim for loss of personal belongings on board buses, nor for any monetary refund and redeem of this bus service caused by weather or other unforeseen circumstances, any loss or additional expenses incurred shall be borne by the passenger.
  • Request free shuttle service please contact China Airlines New York office at 917-368-2000, or fax to 212-867-3190 during office hour (Monday through Friday 9:00-17:30 Eastern Time) for confirmation at least 48 hours prior to CI011/012 flights departure time. However, if the departure date falls on weekends/holidays or post holidays, more days will be required, fail to do so will be treated as standby passenger for this shuttle service . In addition, passenger's local contact number in USA is mandatory to ensure the smooth operation of this shuttle service.

  • Baggage acceptance: Passenger is allowed two pieces of checked bags, (max 50 lbs/EY, 61 lbs/PY, 70 lbs/C, and 62 linear inches per piece, total length + width + hight may not exceed 106 inches), plus one carry-on bag (max 15 lbs, not exceed 45 inches dimensions). Paragon/Emerald/Gold member's extra baggage allowance is upon request.
  • China Airlines reserves the right to decline Unaccompanied Minor/Wheelchair passenger who is incapable of getting on or off the bus/Oxygen & Stretcher passengers. Young passenger (age 12 to 18) traveling alone is on request basis.
  • Car seat is required by law for infant (under 2) on board vehicle, please bring your own car seat before boarding bus.
  • This timetable is for reference only, subject to change without notice. Departure and arrival time at each location may be different from the time listed above. It is suggested to show up 15 minutes earlier at each pick-up location before shuttle bus departing for JFK International Airport.
  • Kindly tip the bus driver for services and assistance to load and unload the baggage for you.
