  • China Airlines reserves the right to terminate, postpone, or cancel the shuttle service without cause. In addition, China Airlines shall not be liable for any claim for loss of personal belongings on board buses, monetary compensation, or redemption of this shuttle service caused by weather or other unforeseen circumstances; any loss or additional expenses incurred shall be borne by the passenger.
  • Please login to New York Shuttle Bus Apply System to request the shuttle service. Alternately, passengers may contact China Airlines local customer service for the shuttle service at least 48 hours prior to CI011/012 flight departure time. Please be advised that if the departure date falls on weekends, U.S. holidays, or post-holidays, more days will be required.
  • China Airlines does not accept the shuttle service request made less than 48 hours before CI011/012 flight departure time.
  • It is mandatory to provide the passenger's US contact number to ensure the smooth operation of this shuttle service.
  • Baggage acceptance: Each passenger is allowed two checked baggage and one carry-on baggage. The infant is allowed one checked baggage and one carry-on baggage. Please refer the Baggage Rules in China Airlines website for the weight and dimensions of baggage allowance.
  • Please make sure to contact China Airlines in advance if you plan to carry more than two checked baggage (e.g., extra checked baggage allowance for Paragon/Emerald/Gold members, passengers with prepaid excess baggage, sporting equipment, car seats, or strollers). China Airlines will reserve more storage space on the bus. Without prior notification, bus operators will deny the passengers carrying excess bags.
  • China Airlines reserves the right to decline unaccompanied minors, oxygen and stretcher passengers, and passengers who carry live animals. China Airlines accepts passengers to travel with trained service animals on the shuttle bus (please contact the branch office for arrangements). Young passengers aged 12–18 traveling alone can take the shuttle bus on a request basis.
  • For passengers traveling with infants aged under 2, please bring your car seat, which is required by law. Young children passengers are required to bring booster seats. Bus operators will deny the infant or young children passengers who do not bring a car seat or booster seat for safety reasons.
  • This timetable is for reference only and is subject to change without notice. Pickup time and drop-off time at each location may be different from the time listed above. It is suggested to show up 15 minutes earlier at each pickup location.
  • Kindly tip the bus driver for services and assistance to load and unload the baggage for you.
  • The original confirmed shuttle service will be automatically cancelled by the system after an upgrade request or changing the travel date. Therefore, please make sure to contact China Airlines to confirm the shuttle service request again.
