Premium Business/Business Class Passengers Main Course Pre-order Service

All China Airlines flights departing from and returning to Taiwan (excluding Taichung) offer online main course pre-order service for Premium Business and Business Class passengers. After confirming your booking, you can use the online pre-order system below to reserve your Business Class main course from 21 days to 24 hours prior to your flight departure.

Please note that due to catering operation, starting from February 1, 2025, return flights to Taiwan from the following destinations offer online main course pre-order service from 21 days to 48 hours prior to your flight departure (Flights departing on or before January 31, 2025, are unavailable for this service): Hong Kong, Fuzhou, Wuhan, Manila, Koror Palau, Cebu, Chiang Mai, Phnom Penh, Yangon, Da Nang, Takamatsu, Kumamoto, Kagoshima, Okinawa(Naha), Seoul Gimpo, Busan.

You are welcome to choose the cuisine co-branded with THE MICHELIN Green Star restaurant Yang Ming Spring on all China Airlines flights departing from Taiwan (excluding Taichung).

Additionally, transpacific routes departing from Taipei(Taoyuan) to the United States, Canada, Europe, and Australia offer exclusive online main courses of Chef's Special. We invite you to pre-order your favorite in-flight meals in advance.

If your flight schedule, flight sector or cabin class is changed, your meal order will be cancelled automatically. Please place a new meal order at your convenience. Waitlisted is unable to make meal selections.
Due to system and operational constraints, the Business Class meal pre-order service is not available for certain routes (Ishigaki), as well as some extra flights, charter flights, and code-sharing flights.

Premium Economy Class

All Outbound flights from Taiwan(excluding Taichung) and Inbound flights to Taiwan on all long-haul routes and on Ho Chi Minh City, Singapore, Jakarta regional routes, main course pre-order service is available.

You are welcome to choose the cuisine co-branded with THE MICHELIN Green Star restaurant Yang Ming Spring on all China Airlines flights departing from Taiwan (excluding Taichung).

After confirm your booking, premium economy class meal selections can be made no earlier than 21 days before or no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled flight via our E-menu on the website.

Special Meals for all classes

If you have special meal requirements for infants, children, religious dietary restrictions, or health reasons, pre-order for special meals should be made at least 24 hours before your flight departure. If you have any special needs, please contact your local China Airlines branch office or customer service center, we will verify the meal contents to ensure your food safety and health.

On the Outbound flights from Taiwan(excluding Taichung), you can enjoy THE MICHELIN Green Star restaurant Yang Ming Spring . cuisine by pre-ordering a vegetarian oriental meal(VOML) 24 hours before your flight departure.

Please Note

KSML is not available at KHH/TSA, the supply of KSML on certain routes still depends on the station.
Okinawa/Fuzhou routes: Only four special meal types, Vegetarian Oriental Meal (VOML)/Diabetic Meal (DBML)/Baby Meal (BBML)/Fruit Platter Meal (FPML) are available for Business Class and Economy Class; Ishigaki route: Only three special meal types, Vegetarian Oriental Meal (VOML)/Diabetic Meal (DBML)/Baby Meal (BBML) are available for Business Class and Economy Class. For the above routes, if a Child Meal (CHML) is required for an infant passenger under 2 years old, a regular meal will be provided on these flights, please contact the China Airlines Branch Office or the Customer Service Center during the meal pre-order period to make the request.
Hong Kong routes: Only five special meal types, Vegetarian Oriental Meal (VOML)/Diabetic Meal (DBML)/Baby Meal (BBML)/Child Meal (CHML)/Fruit Platter Meal (FPML) are available for Economy Class.
Baby Meal (BBML) and Child Meal (CHML) are only available by pre-order. If Child Meal (CHML) is required for an older infant, please contact the China Airlines Branch Office or the Customer Service Center during the meal pre-order period to make the request.
Meal selection service is not available for some Extra flights, charter flights, unscheduled and code-sharing flights.
Due to system restraint, the system is unable to provide changes to meal selections after the Special Meal has been chosen in your reservation. If you need to modify your Special Meal request, please contact our Customer Service Center or China Airlines Branch Offices at your earliest convenience. As meal preparations are managed by local catering services, we are unable to provide or modify Special Meals beyond the pre-order deadline. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Vegetarian Meal

Vegetarian Oriental Meal	VOML	Prohibit egg and dairy products, and avoiding garlic, onion, scallion, leek and chives. Flights departing from Taiwan (except Taichung), the VOML is exclusively crafted by THE MICHELIN GREEN STAR Restaurant - Yang Ming Spring .
Vegetarian Vegan Meal	VGML	Strict vegetarian foods that are typically cooked in Western style, excluding dairy, egg products and honey.
Vegetarian Lacto-Ovo Meal	VLML	Western vegetarian style with dairy and egg products.
Vegetarian Indian Meal	AVML	Indian-style vegetarian meal with spices and dairy products, typically known for its spicy taste.
Vegetarian Jain Meal	VJML	Meal prepared in Indian style according to Jain custom, prohibiting the use of root or bulbous vegetables.
Fruit Meal	FPML	Fresh fruit or fruit byproduct, dessert. Fruit varies on supply and season.
Vegetarian Raw Meal	RVML	Meals prepared with uncooked raw vegetables or fruits.

Low Fat/Low Cholesterol Meal	LFML	Meal designed for passengers who follow a fat-restricted diet and meals are low fat, low cholesterol and high fiber and avoid use of fried foods or oil.
Low Salt Meal	LSML	Meal designed for passengers who follows sodium restricted diet.
Low Lactose Meal	NLML	Meal designed for those who are lactose intolerant or allergic to dairy products.
Bland Meal	BLML	Meal prepared for passengers who suffer from stomach or intestinal problems. Avoiding irritating foods, no fried or highly seasoned dishes, alcohol, and caffeine. ** If a liquid diet is requested, please order via reservation.
