If a member cancels an upgrade booking, the system will automatically refund the miles that remain valid on the date of cancellation. Miles that have expired at the time of cancellation will not be refunded. For detailed information, please refer to the Cabin Upgrade webpage. |

.Passengers who are traveling on international flights operated by CI/AE and have not yet completed online check-in (This is for cancellation of the booking only ; ticket refund are proceed separately).

.The itinerary include flights operated by other airlines.
.Unable to cancel the booking on-line due to technical or other reasons.
