1. The winners will be chosen through a computerized lottery.
  2. The list of winners will be posted on China Airlines’ (the Company) official website, and each winner will also receive an email.

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Participants must fly with the Company and complete the Service Experience Survey before the 6th day of next month.
  2. The Company will select winners by random from the list of participants who took the flight in the previous month and responded to the Service Experience Survey in time.
  3. Winners will be notified via the email address provided, and the list of winners will be posted on the Company's official website.
  4. Winners of mileage awards:
    4.1 For Dynasty Flyer Program Members, the winning miles will be directly credited to the member account provided by the winner under the code "SURVQI". Please log into the member account to check for details.
    4.2 For Non-Dynasty Flyer Program Members, please register your membership via the Company’s official website within 30 days of receiving the email, and reply to the Company with your membership number. The award will be forfeited if the membership number is not provided before the deadline.
    4.3 Gift miles cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person. For more information on the terms of use and validity of miles, please refer to the conditions of use for Dynasty Flyer Program Members.
  5. The personal data you provided in this event will only be used for the purpose of the lucky draw, prize notification, membership invitation and related promotional information notification.
  6. All participants in this event are required to ensure that the information they provide in the survey is accurate and truthful and that no third parties' information has been stolen or used illegally. Those who provide false or inaccurate information will not be eligible to win any prizes. The Company will not be held responsible in cases where prize notification is not delivered in a timely and accurate manner as a result, and the participants shall bear all related responsibilities for any false or inaccurate information they provided.
  7. Participants in this event consent to abide by the terms and conditions; if there is a violation, the Company is entitled to cancel the right of participation or disqualify from winning the prize, and the Company reserves the right to claim compensation for damages caused.
  8. The Company reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this event at any time without further notice.
  9. The Company reserves the right to modify the event’s conditions, rules, prize, time of the lottery draw, and announcement of the winners without prior notice.
  10. The Company’s employees and staff ticket users shall not participate in this event.
  11. The Company reserves the final right to interpret the terms and conditions in cases of dispute or uncertainty.
