China Airlines has a positive outlook on post-pandemic travel recovery. The number of people traveling to Europe has been growing steadily in recent years with the eastern European market seeing the most growth. With business and travel demand both growing steadily throughout the Asia-Pacific, eastern Europe offers a market with great potential and China Airlines will continue to compete in the transfer market. China Airlines currently flies on the Taipei-Vienna route four times a week. Taipei-Prague will begin making two flights a week from July 18 onwards. Up to six flights a week to Vienna or Prague will give travelers more flexibility on their Austrian and Czech itineraries.

China Airlines has built a comprehensive network in Europe after 40 years of development. Prague will become the sixth all-new destination to be added. Existing European destinations include Frankfurt (Germany), Amsterdam (the Netherlands), London (U.K.), Rome (Italy), and Vienna (Austria). With nearly 30 European flights per week, China Airlines is the airline with the most destinations and the busiest schedule for direct flights to Europe in Taiwan.
